What is your primary product or service?
Homemade Northern Italian Food.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Terry Antonelli has owned multiple restaurants throughout the years. In 2001 he owned L'Opera, The Madison and Alegria, all located on Pine Ave. I began my employment at the Madison, a fine dining supper club, across the street from L'Opera. I worked there through college and once I graduated left to work as an event planner at a golf course. The experience was great, but I missed my Dell'Opera family and they missed me. So off I went to L'Opera. Terry now owns just L'Opera and I have worked for him since 2001. I adore L'Opera and could not imagine working anywhere else. Nicole Lira

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I love it when someone calls me to the table and says "Everyone here is SO NICE!" Our food is fabulous, the ambiance is historical and unique, BUT all it takes is for an employee with a bad attitude to ruin an experience. The L'Opera staff are genuinely kind people. We want to make all of our guests happy and we want you to enjoy being at our restaurant. When a guest recognizes the service with a smile, it truly makes my day.

For my staff: "Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not"
